  • How to add your app to my roku?

  • If You don't see our app on your Roku.
    Restart your Roku or force update. To do it follow the instructions below to manually check for software and channel updates.
    - Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    - Scroll up or down and select Settings.
    - Select System.
    - Select System update.

    Note: The System update screen displays the current software and build version, along with the date and time of the latest update.

    Select Check Now to manually check for updates.
    If there is new software available or there are updates for your channels, then your Roku device will download and install them automatically and once completed, your Roku device will reboot.
  • What is the minimum speed required to watch channels?
    We recommend you to have at least 3mbps connection. Our streams start from 300kbps to 1125kbps. If you have less than 3mb connection, you can still give a try, if it doesn't work well, we will refund your money back as long as you follow our refund policy!
  • How long does it take to get my account activated after purchase?
    After your purchase, the account gets automatically activated, there is no wait in line, we have plenty of space for you. After purchase, please check your email for instructions.
  • How can I activate the service on second Roku device?
    Just install our application on the second device and activate it.
  • Is UkrainianTV service available in USA, UK, Germany and Canada?
    Our full service is available for North America, but some channels will work in other countries
  • Where can i see the list of channels
    the amount of channels is varied for different locations. Please use the trial period to see all channels available at your location.
  • Why is my channels buffering?
    Please restart the application. This is to update the application in case any updates was done . You can restart your Roku or go to the channel Store of Roku and come back. Try another channel and see if it is happening of another application. This is to rule out if it is a temporary issue with your broadband .Let us know about this so that we know its happening in your place.Even if you have high speed broadband, sometimes the connectivity with your server and ours can be affected temporarily based on Network and Traffic during peak hours.
